Online Course

Towards the end of 2023, I ran a case study with Atlanta Group to see what impact my online sleep courses would have if the employees were able to complete the course in work time.

We know that busy parents don’t get time once home to start learning, especially if they aren’t sleeping or spending the evening trapped trying to get their baby or child to sleep.

Here is the nutshell findings:

What happened:

💻 Atlanta allowed their employees just 30 minutes a day for 1 week to be able to watch the videos in the age appropriate online sleep course.
🏡 The employee took their new knowledge and implemented changes that suited their lifestyle at home.

Results:

🛏️ After making the changes they needed from their new information, 80% reported their child’s and their own sleep improving.

😁 On a scale of 1 to 5 where 1 is very poor and 5 is very good, 80% rated their mental health, their relationship at home and their confidence of staying with their company as 4 or above.

😀 60% reported they felt more effective in their job role and 60% rated their sleep quality as a 5.

How much money would you have to invest in multiple wellbeing training courses to get results like this?

If I said to you that if you have 30 employees from expectant parents (mum or dad) through to having a child up to the age of 6 years old who is struggling with sleep, then this support would cost your business just £870, so £29 per person, you would be mad not to take it.

You don’t even have to have the names of the individuals and they don’t even have to sign up on the day.

🤰You have the licences in your back pocket, so when someone tells you they are expecting a baby, you give them the Passport2Parenthood course.

👨‍🍼As your employee is reaching the 6th month of their baby’s life, you set them up with the Baby2Sleep course in order for them to feel safer returning to work.

👦 As their little one starts to reach the toddler stage, don’t wait for them to start complaining of poor sleep, just give them access to the Toddler2Child Sleep and Behaviour course.

You don’t need to wait for your working parents to be on their knees struggling with sleep deprivation, give them the tools to arm them so if they need the support, they have it at their fingertips.

Show your working parents that you care about their sleep, their mental health, their relationship at home, and let them know they are valued.

This is instant access and your team can start learning today and making positive changes to their family’s sleep.
